2. The Competition

2.1.

These Terms and Conditions govern every competition promoted on our website at https://www.primewinz.com (the "Website").

2.2.

To enter, you must either:

• Pay using Coins through the online entry system described in Section 3.4 ("Online Entry Route"), or
• Enter for free by following the postal entry process in Section 3.9 ("Postal Entry Route").

Anyone who enters through either method will be referred to as an "Entrant" in these Terms and Conditions.

3. How to Enter

3.1.

Each competition will begin on the date and time it is first shown on the Website (the "Published Date") and will close at the time specified (the "Closing Date"). All times mentioned are based on London, UK time.

3.2.

In rare cases where necessary due to circumstances outside our control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the Closing Date or correct an inaccurate Published Date to ensure fairness. Any changes will be updated on the Website, and Entrants will be notified by email.

Entries must be submitted no earlier than the Published Date and no later than the Closing Date. Any entries outside of this window may be disqualified without refund. For postal entries, they must be received no later than three (3) days before the Closing Date.

2. If you do not have Coins, buy a Coin package. If you do, select the number of entries you want
3. Complete the checkout and confirm your entries
4. Check your tickets instantly to see if you have won

3.5.

Your Coin purchases will appear in your account's Billing section. Each transaction will be confirmed by email. All ticket numbers will be viewable in the My Tickets section of your account.

3.6.

The Promoter cannot be held responsible for failed, incomplete, or delayed entries due to technical faults, lost connections, system failures, or other issues beyond our control.

3.7.

By creating an account, buying Coins, and submitting an entry, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and are entering into a binding contract with the Promoter.

All entries must be submitted in English. Entries in other languages will be disqualified, and refunds will not be given.

The Postal Entry Route is available for every competition listed on the Website. A link to the Postal Entry Route appears on every individual competition page under the main entry button.

4. Choosing a Winner

Draw-Based Competitions

4.1.

For all Entrants in a Draw-Based Competition who have entered in line with Section 3 above, a winner ("Winner") will be chosen through a securely random draw process. The draw will take place on the same date as the competition closes (the "Draw Date").

4.2.

If, for any reason, the draw process is disrupted or cannot produce a valid outcome, we reserve the right—at our sole discretion—to re-run the draw using either the same secure method or an alternative randomised process.

Instant Win Competitions

4.4.

Entrants in Instant Win Competitions will be assigned entry tickets ("Ticket Assignment") upon participation. Prior to the competition launch, a set of winning tickets will have already been determined through a verified random process ("Winning Ticket Selection"). Both the Ticket Assignment and Winning Ticket Selection are performed using a secure and unbiased random mechanism. Final prize winners (where applicable) may also be drawn using the same secure method.

How the Draws Are Conducted

4.5.

We use a cryptographically secure random number generator (CSPRNG) based on Microsoft's CryptGenRandom function, part of the Windows CryptoAPI. This generator complies with FIPS 140-2 standards and draws entropy from diverse system-level sources such as hardware metrics, process timing, and user interaction data to ensure true randomness.

To enhance security, we also maintain a separate pool of verified entropy seeds generated daily using compliant methods from the NIST SP 800-90 series. Each seed undergoes rigorous statistical checks before being randomly injected into the CSPRNG as a starting point.

This layered process ensures that every random outcome is highly secure, tamper-proof, and resistant to bias—ideal for use in competitions requiring transparent and fair draw mechanisms.

5. Eligibility

5.1.

Competitions are open to individuals aged 18 or over who are either:

• Residents of the United Kingdom; or
• Residents of a country where entry is legally permitted and where the Promoter is allowed to offer prizes.

The following people are not eligible to enter:

1. Employees of the Promoter
2. Employees of any agency or supplier involved in administering the competition
3. Immediate family members or members of the same household of the people in (a) or (b)

5.2.

By entering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and are legally entitled to receive a prize. The Promoter may ask you to provide proof of eligibility (see Section 7.5). If you do not provide such proof within 21 days of request, we may disqualify you and select another winner.

5.3.

We will not accept entries that are:

1. Generated by automated systems or bots
2. Submitted by agents or as part of bulk/syndicated campaigns
3. Incomplete or lacking required details

5.4.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant if:

1. You are reasonably suspected of breaching these terms
2. You appear to be working in coordination with others or submitting multiple entries under different names/emails to game the system
3. It becomes illegal to promote or deliver a prize to your location
4. You are found to be interfering with the website, competition process, or attempting fraudulent behavior
5. You publish or share offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content on our social media pages or public channels related to the competition

5.5.

Refunds for entry purchases are not guaranteed and are only issued under exceptional circumstances at our discretion. You will not receive a refund:

1. If you enter and later discover you were not eligible; or
2. If we disqualify you for any of the reasons outlined in this section

5.6.

You may enter each competition multiple times, provided:

• You stay within any entry limits set per user; and
• The total number of entries for that competition has not yet been reached.

5.7.

Only one registered account is allowed per household.

6. The Prize

6.1.

Each competition may offer one or more prizes, as detailed on the respective competition pages of the Website (each a "Prize"). All prize descriptions are accurate to the best of the Promoter's knowledge at the time of the competition launch.

6.2.

Non-cash prizes are subject to stock availability. Should a prize become unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to replace it with an alternative of equal or higher value. Any material changes will be reflected on the Website as soon as reasonably possible.

6.3.

The Promoter does not guarantee or make any assurances about the Prize, its condition, value, or any descriptions found on the Website. While efforts are made to keep the information accurate and up to date, the Promoter makes no warranties that the details provided are free from errors or omissions.

6.4.

If the Prize consists of a vehicle:

1. It will include a valid MOT certificate if legally required at the time of transfer;
2. Insurance is not included. It is the Winner's responsibility to obtain appropriate insurance coverage before driving the vehicle on public roads;
3. Once the vehicle has been delivered, the Promoter holds no further responsibility. The Winner is solely accountable for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and driving safely and legally;
4. Vehicle/road tax is not included as part of the prize package;
5. The Winner must provide their own safety gear and equipment (e.g., helmet, gloves, protective clothing) and must use it when operating the vehicle.

6.5.

Other non-cash prizes may come with additional terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the relevant competition page.

6.6.

Some prizes may be fulfilled by third-party providers (the "Supplier"), such as Amazon.co.uk.

6.7.

Some competitions may include a published cash alternative option (“Cash Alternative Prize”) alongside the advertised Prize. Where this option is stated on the competition page, the Winner may choose either the advertised Prize or the published cash alternative amount. The Cash Alternative Prize will be equal to at least 70% of the total ticket revenue received for that competition. All Cash alternative Prizes are offered in GBP, are non-transferable, and will be paid directly to the verified Winner’s nominated bank account.

6.8.

In certain situations, the Promoter may choose to replace a Prize with a Cash Alternative Prize, including but not limited to:

• When the advertised Prize is no longer available; or
• When unforeseen events make substitution the only reasonable option.

6.9.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or negotiated.

6.10.

Any additional costs, taxes, or arrangements not explicitly included in the prize description will be the responsibility of the Winner.

7. Winners

7.1.

The Promoter's decision regarding competition outcomes is final. No discussions or appeals will be entered into.

7.2.

For live Draw-Based Competitions, the full name of the Winner may be announced during the live or automated draw event.

7.3.

Winners of Draw-Based Competitions will be contacted by the Promoter as soon as possible after the Draw Date using the contact information provided at entry. Winners of Instant Win competitions will be notified by email and must follow the instructions in that email to claim their prize. Any prizes consisting of Coins, Diamonds, or Free Tickets will be added directly to the Entrant's account.

7.4.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the Winner. If the Winner cannot be reached or fails to claim the Prize within 21 days of the Draw Date, the Promoter may award the Prize to another Entrant ("Alternate Winner"), selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. The Alternate Winner will also have 21 days to accept the Prize. This process will continue until the Prize is claimed.

7.5.

For high-value prizes, the Winner may be required to submit proof of identity and address, matching the details on their PrimeWinz account. If the Winner fails to provide valid documentation within 21 days of accepting the prize, the Promoter may investigate further. If identity cannot be verified within 3 months, the Promoter may reallocate the prize to an Alternate Winner.

7.6.

In compliance with regulatory requirements, the Promoter may publish the name of major prize winners on the Website to demonstrate that valid awards have taken place.

7.7.

If you do not wish your full name or entry details to be made public, you must notify us at support@primewinz.com before the Closing Date. Please note that we are still obligated to disclose winner information to relevant regulatory bodies, such as the Advertising Standards Authority, upon request.

8. Claiming the Prize

8.1.

Only the individual who entered and won may claim the Prize. Prizes cannot be claimed by third parties or transferred to someone else. Full delivery or collection details will be made available on the Website or upon request.

8.2.

If your contact information or address changes, it is your responsibility to inform the Promoter by emailing support@primewinz.com. Your email must include your old and new details and specify which competition you entered. If changes are made within 10 days of the Closing Date, the Promoter may continue to use your previously submitted details for contact purposes.

8.3.

Cash prizes will be transferred via bank transfer to an account held in the Winner's name. The Winner must confirm they are the named account holder or joint holder. If this is not proven within 21 days, the Winner may lose the right to the Prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer it to another eligible Entrant.

8.4.

The Promoter is not liable for any loss or inability to accept the Prize, nor will compensation be provided in such cases.

8.5.

If the Prize is a vehicle and the Winner has successfully passed all verification checks, ownership will be transferred through completion of the official V5 documentation. This may occur after the vehicle is delivered.

9. Prime Coins & Virtual Items

9.1.

Prime Coins ("Coins") are digital tokens used within the PrimeWinz platform. Coins do not carry any real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn.

9.2.

Coins can be redeemed to enter prize competitions but do not increase your odds of winning or guarantee a win.

9.3.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify the pricing of Coins, promotional offers, and bonus structures at any time and at its full discretion.

9.4.

Coins are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged between users.

9.5.

Any attempts to misuse the Coins system—such as exploiting technical bugs or manipulating platform behavior—may lead to account suspension, loss of Coins, and potentially a permanent ban from the platform.

9.6.

If an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, the Promoter may expire any unused Coins associated with that account.

10. Subscription Services

10.1.

PrimeWinz may offer subscription plans that include recurring entries, bonus tickets for specific competitions, Coins, and other exclusive perks.

10.2.

Subscription payments will be processed on a recurring basis unless cancelled by the user.

10.3.

Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings. Please note that any payments already made are non-refundable.

10.4.

The Promoter may adjust or remove subscription features from time to time, with prior notice provided.

10.5.

If a subscription plan is discontinued entirely, affected users will be informed and may be eligible for partial refunds based on the remaining term.

11. Promotions & Loyalty Rewards

11.1.

From time to time, PrimeWinz may launch promotional offers, loyalty bonuses, and rewards programs to enhance your experience.

11.2.

Promotions may come with specific terms, including eligibility rules, time limits, and prize restrictions.

11.3.

Any bonuses, free entries, or rewards (including "Diamonds") issued during a promotion cannot be converted into cash or transferred to other users.

11.4.

Misuse of promotions—including creating multiple accounts or using deceptive tactics—may result in cancellation of prizes, tickets, Coins, and Diamonds. If fraud is confirmed, the user may be banned, and any funds or pending rewards may be forfeited.

11.5.

PrimeWinz reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer or loyalty program at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

If the Promoter breaches these terms and conditions or acts negligently, it is only responsible for foreseeable losses or damages—meaning losses that are obvious or could reasonably be anticipated when you entered the competition. The Promoter is not liable for indirect, unforeseen, or consequential damages.

If you submit content (e.g., testimonials or photos), the Promoter may use it for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to participate in publicity, you must notify us in advance. 13.3.

You can request removal of your personal data at any time under data protection laws. Please note: doing so before the competition ends will cancel your entry, as we will no longer be able to contact you. Entry fees will not be refunded in such cases.
