How do I enter a competition?

You can enter competitions using Prime Coins or send a free postal entry. Just choose a competition, select your tickets, and confirm your entry.

How do Instant Win competitions work?

Instant Wins let you see if you’ve won immediately after entering. If your ticket matches a winning one, your prize is unlocked on the spot.

How are winners selected?

Winners in prize draws are picked using a random number generator. So it is 100% fair.

When are winners announced?

Winners of draws are selected on the competition’s Draw Date. Instant Win results are shown immediately, members claim their prizes by clicking the gift icon. Winners are also emailed and listed on our site.

How do I enter for free by post?

To enter for free, send a postcard with your full name, email, address, and the competition name to our postal address. Details are on our site.

Can I use PrimeWinz outside the UK?

Not yet, PrimeWinz competitions are open only to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over.

Can I cancel my entry or get a refund?

All entries are final and non-refundable, whether submitted by Coins or postal entry, unless otherwise stated in the specific competition terms.

What if I haven’t received my prize?

If your prize hasn’t arrived or there’s a delay, contact support@primewinz.com with your entry details. Our team will resolve it quickly.
